We are hiring a Customer Success Associate (CSA) to join our growing team. In this role, you’re expected to provide timely, articulate and thoughtful customer service to real estate salespeople and brokers. Perchwell is a leader in New York’s PropTech vertical, providing listings management, client collaboration tools and cutting edge market analytics.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the challenges our customers face and the solutions we provide
  • Provide technical support to customers through our online help center
  • Help customers understand how Perchwell’s key features can address their day-to-day real estate information needs
  • Cultivate trusting relationships with customers
  • Consistently and reliably document customer-facing activities
  • Collaborate with customer success team members as well as design and engineering teams to implement improvements based on customer feedback
  • Introduce new features to customers, ensuring buy-in and adoption
  • Take part in onsite training

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Interest in the New York real estate market
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn and use software programs
  • Strong initiative with the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Passion for exceeding customer expectations and creating a meaningful customer experience
  • Desire to work hard and add value in a fast-paced start-up environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of customer service practices
  • Past experience working with software
